Short version

Ondelu does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Ever.

What data we collect

None. Ondelu is a fully local app. It does not connect to the internet, send analytics, use advertising SDKs, or require any account.

The only data Ondelu reads are:

• Device motion sensors (accelerometer, gyroscope) — to make the fluid react to how you hold your phone. This data never leaves the device.
• Your selected palette — stored locally in your app's UserDefaults. Not synced, not sent anywhere.
• Purchase status — Ondelu Plus transactions are handled entirely by Apple's StoreKit. Exaptation GmbH never receives payment information.

Third-party services

Ondelu uses Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases. When you purchase Ondelu Plus, your transaction is processed by Apple. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for how Apple handles that data.

No other third-party SDKs, analytics frameworks, or advertising networks are integrated into Ondelu.

Apple's App Tracking Transparency

Ondelu does not track you across apps or websites. No App Tracking Transparency prompt will appear.

Children

Ondelu does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children. Because we collect no data whatsoever, COPPA and similar regulations are satisfied by design.

Changes to this policy

If we ever update this policy, the new version will be published at ondelu.com/privacy with an updated date at the top.
